Sandra Aldrich, well-known author and speaker, has been a guest on numerous radio and television programs, including the daily broadcast of Focus on the Family and Heart to Heart, a program sponsored by The 700 Club. She is a frequent speaker at women’s retreats, conferences, and seminars. For several years she wrote and recorded A Single Moment, part of Focus on the Family’s Weekend program.

Sandra, who describes herself as “an imperfect woman, who loves her perfect Savior,” shares biblical truths through heartwarming stories and personal experiences. As a single parent since the death of her husband in 1982, Sandra shares openly about the struggles as well as the joys in her journey of faith. Her humor and practical wisdom have earned her a warm reception with women in all walks of life.

A profile writer, Sandra previously worked for Christian Herald magazine and later as senior editor for the flagship magazine of Focus on the Family. Her articles have also appeared in Today’s Christian Woman, Moody magazine, and Discipleship Journal. She has written or co-authored over a dozen books. Sandra’s Tyndale House titles include Bless Your Socks Off; Men Read Newspapers, Not Minds; and her latest release, One Hundred One Upward Glances.

Sandra Aldrich holds a master’s degree from Eastern Michigan University. She is the mother of two grown children, both of whom are now married. She currently lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado, the base for her speaking ministry, Bold Words, Inc.
